Preben Bo Mortensen is heading the National Centre for Register-based Research (NCRR). He has worked with register-based epidemiology for 27 years, and his group has outstanding expertise in all aspects of population based epidemiology using registers including legislative and ethical aspects,database management, security, and implementation of epidemiological designs and statistical analyses.
The National Centre for Register-based Research has 16 full time staff and is a leading force in the study of risk factors for schizophrenia and other severe mental disorders, as well as suicide epidemiology.
